SECONDS are parts that did not pass our quality control. They have a minor defect (typically a colored spot on or embedded in the vinyl or maybe a tiny bubble in the vinyl), but the defect can typically be worked around during reborning.
This kit has 3/4 arms and 3/4 legs and comes unpainted and ready to reborn. Blaze is about 19 inches long when completed, with a head circumference of approximately 13 1/4 inches.
