You may return or exchange any item in their original condition within 30 days of delivery through our our return portal here.
A free return label is provided through the portal if you used "Checkout+Free Returns via Redo." Otherwise, you are responsible to pay the return shipping cost.
All refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unpaid tariffs/customs fees, or other labeling issues caused by incorrect customer data entry, the following policy applies:
The items will be automatically refunded and returned to our inventory.
We do not "re-send" returned packages. If you still wish to receive the items, you must place a new order with the correct information.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable on orders returned due to incorrect customer data entry.
Ensuring a correct shipping address is used during checkout and the payment of all local customs fees or import taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Note: Shipping costs are only refunded if the return was the result of an error made by Bountiful Baby.
